·       Add a “Contact Us” section to assist users in case of any issues during application, particularly for certificate approval or failure.
·       Action: Web team to create and integrate the section.
2.2 Package Descriptions
·       The formatting of the package descriptions is not correct and needs improvement.
·       Action: Update the layout and correct text formatting.
2.3 Package Display Section
·       The package display appears below the gallery and causes a long scroll.
·       Suggestion: Reposition it for better flow or remove it from that section.
Action: UI/UX team to review and adjust placement.
2.4 Certificate Generation Process
·       Need clarification on whether the certificate will be generated based on user-provided information.
·       Action: Concerned team to confirm the certificate generation workflow.
2.5 Pickup/Drop-off Schedule
·       Add a schedule feature for airport and local pickups/drop-offs with timing validation.
·       Action: Development team to implement schedule input and validation.
2.6 Qatar Team Input
·       Qatar team to provide the final certificate format and details required for the website.
·       Action: Qatar team to share necessary details with the development team.
